Rapportering av 2022 publikasjoner for vitenskapelig ansatte.
Tidsfrist for rapportering av vitenskapelige publikasjoner for 2022 er 31. januar 2023. Rapporteringen er avgrenset til vitenskapelige artikler/oversiktsartikler, vitenskapelige bøker og vitenskapelige kapitler.
Instituttene har ansvar for å påminne sine forskere om rapporteringen. Forskerne må kontrollere at deres vitenskapelige publikasjoner er registrert i Cristin og at de er korrekt registrert innen 31. januar. Forskere skal også påse at en fagfellevurdert fulltekstversjon av alle vitenskapelige artikler er lastet opp på posten i Cristin. Instituttene må deretter vurdere om publikasjonene oppfyller kravene til vitenskapelig publisering slik det er definert i Rapporteringsinstruksen, kontrollere at postene er korrekt registrert og godkjenne postene dersom kravene er oppfylt. Sampublikasjoner skal kontrolleres innen 21. februar, resterende poster innen 15. mars. Cristin-ansvarlige ved UiB vil være behjelpelig med støtte og informasjon. Kontakt cristin@uib.no
Reporting of 2022 publications for academic staff
The deadline for reporting scientific publications for 2022 is 31 January 2023. Reporting is limited to scientific articles/overview articles, scientific books and scientific chapters.
The departments are responsible for reminding their researchers about the reporting. The researchers must check that their scientific publications are registered in Cristin and that they are correctly registered by 31. January. Researchers must also ensure that a peer-reviewed full-text version of all scientific articles is uploaded to the post in Cristin. The institutes must then assess whether the publications meet the requirements for scientific publication as defined in the Reporting Instructions, check that the entries are correctly registered and approve the entries if the requirements are met. Co-publications must be checked by 21 February, remaining entries by 15 March. The Cristin manager at UiB will be helpful with support and information. Please contact cristin@uib.no
