Årets vernerunder
Vi har mottatt mange svar på spørreundersøkelsen vår, og nå begynner vi med de fysiske vernerundene. I år vil bedriftshelsetjenesten delta i vernerundene våre. Vi oppfordrer deg til å merke deg tidspunktene når vi gjennomgår laboratoriene hos IBM. Hvis du har flere forespørsel, er du velkommen til å kontakte verneombudene våre eller HMS-koordinatoren vår.

Annual HSE mapping/rounds
We have received many responses to our HSE survey, and now we are starting with the physical safety rounds. This year, the occupational health service will participate in our safety rounds. We encourage you to note the times when we go through the laboratories at IBM. If you have more questions, you are welcome to contact our safety representatives or the HSE coordinator.

Spillkveld på Bar3 18 april
Endelig er tiden kommet til at vi kan ha en spillkveld på Bar3 igjen. Datoen er 18 april, vi møtes kl 18 til spill og moro.
Send mail til fellesavdelingen@biomed.uib.no innen tirsdag 16 april slik at vi kan reservere plass til oss.
Gå til bar3.no og se hvilke spill og aktiviteter som er tilgjengelig. Dette er et arrangement hvor man selv betaler for det man er med på.
Håper mange blir med på en sosial kveld med gode koleger.

Game night at Bar3 18 April
Finally, the time has come for us to have a game night at Bar3 again. The date is April 18, we meet at 6pm for games and fun.
Send an email to fellesavdelingen@biomed.uib.no by Tuesday 16 April so that we can reserve a place for us.
Go to bar3.no and see which games and activities are available. This is an event where you yourself pay for what you take part in.
Hope many will join in a social evening with good colleagues.

Trimrom -1
Som mange har fått med seg så mottok Fellesavdelingen årets arbeidsmiljøpris ved MED. Fellesavdelingen hadde et ønske om at premien skulle benyttes til noe som mange ved instituttet kunne få nytte av over tid. Det har i lengre tid vært ønske og behov for en ny tredemølle på trimrommet. Pris pengene var ikke nok til å få på plass en tredemølle til denne type bruk så vi tok kontakt med EIA Driftsområde 4 og fikk dem og IBM HMSU med på spleiselag.
Resultatet er at vi nå har fått på plass en ny og god tredemølle i trimrommet.

Gym room -1
As many have noticed, the fellesavdelingen received this year’s working environment award at MED. Fellesavdelingen wanted the prize to be used for something that many at the institute could benefit from over time. There has been a desire and need for a new treadmill in the fitness room for a long time. Price money was not enough to get a treadmill in place for this type of use, so we contacted EIA Operations Area 4 and got them and IBM HMSU on board.
The result is that we have now installed a new and good treadmill in the exercise room.

Course in personal protective gear – gloves
On April the 10th, from 09:00-11:00 there will be a course in personal protective gear (gloves) at the BB-building.
